What does it cost?
Pricing depends on the yard, size and market. Requesting yard space is free and there's no obligation.
Is there a long-term lease?
No long lease. Yards are month-to-month so you can scale with your projects. Final terms are confirmed before you move in.
Can I store equipment, trucks and materials?
That's what the yards are for. Specific rules on what's allowed are confirmed per location.
I own land. What do I get?
Use the "I have land" form. We'll talk about a lease or revenue share and what it would take to turn your site into a yard. Nothing is agreed until we both sign something in writing.
